ABOUT THE ROLE
Soko Glam is seeking a Part-Time Paid Media Contractor to run paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google. This role will oversee campaign strategy, setup, optimization, budget management, testing, and performance analysis with a focus on customer acquisition, efficiency, conversion, and ROAS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google, including Performance Max and branded search.
• Set up, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets and develop spend and revenue projections.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, conversion, and ROAS.
• Create paid media creative briefs and ad copy files and collaborate with the Marketing team on creative direction.
• Identify opportunities for new UGC and creator-led content specifically designed for paid acquisition, including recommending creative concepts, hooks, formats, and testing angles.
• Run testing across audiences, creative, and campaigns to improve performance.
• Track and analyze paid media performance using GA4 and Shopify data.
• Conduct full-funnel analysis and provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.
• Partner with the Marketing team on onsite opportunities that may impact paid media performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of experience managing paid media, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Beauty industry experience preferred
• Experience with Meta, Google Ads (including Google Performance Max and branded search), and TikTok
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with proficiency in paid media metrics and analytics tools.
• Experience managing budgets, testing campaigns, and optimizing toward performance KPIs.
• Ability to own key workstreams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
