Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry at a healthcare facility in Baltimore, Maryland. This position involves providing nursing care to adult neurology and neuro-surgical patients on a designated acute care unit. The role requires experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing, with a focus on stroke and neurology patient populations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, 2 years of acute care experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units. Must have experience working with neurology patients.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior travel experience is a plus. EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) orientation required, scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
• Additional Information: The role involves every other weekend work, holiday coverage as needed, and call responsibilities consisting of 2 shifts per 6-week schedule. Candidates with previous employment within any Johns Hopkins health system facility must have been separated for at least 1 full year prior to applying as a traveler.
