Travel Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Travel Registered Nurse in the ICU. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in a mixed ICU with a variety of cases, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery patients, as well as post-operative open-heart patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
• Manage bedside procedures such as bronchoscopies, GI scopes, chest tube insertions, and central line insertions.
• Administer medications and titrate drips as per patient conditions.
• Monitor patients using advanced equipment including ventilators and ECMO machines.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech and CVICU/CTICU.
