Quality Control Inspector

Adecco Staffing is working with a growing medical device manufacturing company in Chelmsford, MA to bring on an experienced Quality Control Inspector on a temp to hire basis. This company offers a clean work environment, strong training, and long term growth opportunities. Shift Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday. Overtime available on Saturdays as needed. Pay Pay: $22.00/hour + overtime pay for Saturday hours Location Location: Chelmsford, MA Job Duties Perform quality inspections of medical device components and finished products Inspect products using visual inspection and basic measuring tools Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and specifications Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records Identify and report defective or non-conforming products Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues Maintain a clean and organized inspection area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards Requirements 1+ years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to stand for an entire shift Strong attendance and reliability required Ability to work overtime on Saturdays when needed Benefits Weekly pay Referral bonus opportunities Overtime opportunities available Temp-to-hire opportunity Training and long-term growth opportunities Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
