Customer Relations Specialist - Jacksonville

What You'll Do
- Greet customers in the service drive
- Identify simple windshield replacement needs (we train you!)
- Explain options and help schedule service
- Build relationships with dealership staff
- Track customer interactions and hit daily/weekly goals
