The Opportunity · Seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with strong leadership potential. · One (1) year Hospital Medicine Management Physician Administrative Fellowship program. · Graduate of an accredited internal medicine residency program required. · Full time position. · Participate in wide array of management and leadership experiences. · Act as a member of the Vituity senior and executive management team. · Collaborate and develop products that impact the practice of hospital medicine. · Develop understanding of the clinical, financial and regulatory issues impacting hospital medicine. · Complete leadership and management training necessary to successfully negotiate this environment.

The Practice · In 15 years of existence, this program has produced Medical Directors and Directors in Quality and Improvement, as well as Vituity's current CMO.
