Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, making strategic decisions to drive success
  • Maintain a deep knowledge and passion for our menu, ensuring exceptional quality
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, HR, and sales teams
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering teamwork and excellence
  • Manage financial and administrative operations, including reconciliations and budgeting
  • Uphold our restaurant's vision, standards, and community-driven culture
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of upscale dining management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Proficiency in industry software & financial management
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
