Cityworks Analyst

DescriptionThe client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to help support their document management system. This role will be supporting any incoming ticket around their platform. This individual will perform application testing and troubleshooting for all related systems and applications, report or form creation/modification. They use an older, ticketing system and the team will also be needed to perform updating and patching to the platform.Currently the team operates at 25-30% first call resolutions. Once ticket is being worked on, the tech will provide change request for cods dept and will need the ability to clearly communicate with the end user. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
