Foster the technical expertise and professional skills of direct reportsLeverage Safety expertise to proactively cycle PDCA to reduce injuries and hazards and ensure continuous improvement of safety characteristics of assigned areasAccurately interpret and apply the Honda Safety Management manual including NA and HDMA policies and procedures.
