Payroll Specialist

Provides professional level payroll and benefits support for the manufacturing plant. Job Duties/Responsibilities (Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following): Biweekly payroll processing that ensures accuracy and consistency. Streamline Payroll, Benefits and HR processes. Maintain Paycom HRIS, including report facilitation and new hire entry. Assist with maintaining and administering attendance policy system, including KPI tracking, Policy update and record keeping. Ensure timely and accurate approval of Personnel Action Forms Maintain time off requests, including LOA, personal and vacation time Administration of employee benefits including assisting employees with enrollment and generating/approving of carrier invoices for payment Track employee benefit contributions and work with employees to catch up on missed contributions. All aspects of FMLA administration including tracking, report loading and compliance Employee Relations HRIS administration to support automation and paperless initiatives Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements/Qualifications (Requirements may be modified or amended for reasonable accommodation): 3+ years of dedicated payroll/benefits administration responsibility. Knowledge of payroll/benefits compliance. 3+ years of hands on HRIS/Payroll systems experience. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Approach tasks with strong attention to detail Ability to interact with people, strong communicator both verbal and written.
