Trainees work alongside skilled maintenance professionals while gaining real-world experience in a modern production environment.This program is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn and develop the technical skills needed to advance into a Registered Apprenticeship and other skilled trades careers at Quad.Through this training program, participants gain exposure to:Electrical and mechanical systemsAutomation and roboticsHydraulics and pneumaticsElectronic controls and instrumentationFacilities maintenance and HVAC systemsSafe work practices in an industrial environmentTrainees assist skilled maintenance personnel in the service, repair, installation, operation, and modification of equipment throughout our advanced manufacturing facilities.Trainees receive regular wage increases tied to performance milestones and skill development.Successful trainees may become eligible to apply for Quad’s Registered Apprenticeship Programs, with qualifying trainee hours and educational credits applied toward apprenticeship advancement.Why Quad?At Quad, we invest in developing skilled trades professionals through hands-on learning, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities in advanced manufacturing.
