Job Duration:LongTerm Contract(Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $53/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental,Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K We are seeking a ScientistII to join the Nucleic Acid Design and Discovery (NADD) team. Thisrole focuses on oligonucleotide therapeutics discovery , supportingRNAi-based research through synthesis, characterization, and collaborationacross therapeutic areas. Key Responsibilities Designand execute oligonucleotide synthesis and purification workflows. PerformHPLC and mass spectrometry analysis for characterization and impurityprofiling. SupportRNAi and nucleic acid therapeutic discovery across neuroscience,immunology, and oncology programs. Developand scale up synthesis of lead oligonucleotide candidates for preclinicalstudies. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to integrate chemistry and biology data. Maintainand troubleshoot lab equipment (e.g., oligo synthesizers, HPLC systems). Conductliterature reviews and contribute to experimental design and strategy. Qualifications BS/MSin Organic Chemistry or related field. Hands-onexperience with oligonucleotide synthesis, purification, andcharacterization. Experiencewith automated oligo synthesizers, HPLC, and mass spectrometry. Understandingof RNAi, nucleic acid therapeutics, and modification chemistriespreferred. Industryexperience in biotech/pharma R&D is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawar Consulting
