Remote Director of Talent & People Strategy

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of Recruiting & People Strategy to lead talent acquisition and people operations for a fast-growing, remote-first organization with a global workforce.
You will build scalable recruiting systems, combine hands-on leadership with strategic people operations, and work with senior leadership to drive hiring performance, onboarding, and retention. Manage a People Operations Specialist and use data-driven insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
