Join Crystal Springs as a full-time Children's Program House Manager and help change lives in the Assonet, MA area.We proudly provide competitive compensation of $66,560 to $74,880 per year, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is disbursed in two installments: $1,500 after 90 days of employment and an additional $1,500 following six months of dedicated service. Furthermore, bonuses are prorated for employees in select regularly scheduled positions of twenty hours a week or more, regardless of whether their schedule totals less than 40 hours per week. You serve as a positive role model, facilitating the development of adaptive life skills. Your duties encompass on-site management of the designated residence, including quality assurance, facilitation of staff training and development sessions, and oversight of personnel scheduling.
