CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer (Mid–Senior Level) Pay Rate: $38-$43 Per Hour DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Available About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. If you like variety in your day, problem‑solving, and working on short‑run, high‑mix projects—this role offers exactly that. You’ll play a key role in programming, setting up, and running parts, with frequent changeovers that keep the work interesting and engaging. What You’ll Be Doing Program, set up, and operate CNC machines in a short‑run production environment Handle multiple setups and program changes daily based on production needs Convert SolidWorks models into Mastercam programs Work closely with the team to ensure quality, efficiency, and on‑time delivery What We’re Looking For Experience with 2-axis and 3-axis CNC programming (additional axes a plus) Ability to write and edit G‑code Experience machining aluminum and plastic materials Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑mix environment Nice to Have Experience with Mastercam (or other CAM software with willingness to learn Mastercam) Familiarity with SolidWorks Experience working with Mazak and ProtoTRAK machines Why This Role Variety in your day—no repetitive long production runs Hands‑on environment where your skills make an immediate impact Opportunity to grow and expand your programming capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
