Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and safely stocking, organizing, and managing warehouse inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving of orders. This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesStock and organize products safely and accurately.Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery.Load and unload the delivery trucks.Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday.Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work.Able to pass background and drug screeningWorking ConditionsWork performed in a warehouse environment in conditions like noise, hot or cold temperaturesUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a distribution, fulfillment or warehouse environmentThe base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $22.88 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs.
