We’re now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth for our Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) business. This is a commercially oriented, client-facing role with a strong focus on pipeline generation in the AMER region . As a BDR, you’ll be the front line of our sales efforts – researching target accounts, identifying and engaging key decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. This role is a great entry point into enterprise sales, with a clear path to grow into more senior sales positions. Key Responsibilities Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events). Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Research target accounts (e.g., Salesforce-heavy enterprises in regulated industries like pharma, finance, energy). Secure meetings with security decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Salesforce platform owners). Collaborate closely with our field sales team to build account strategies. Support our presence at Salesforce ecosystem events (e.g., Dreamforce, regional industry conferences). Consistently achieve activity and pipeline targets. What are we looking for? 1–4 years’ experience in a B2B sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role . Demonstrated ability to drive outbound pipeline creation. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus. Energy, resilience, and curiosity, you enjoy learning and working in a fast-evolving environment. Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, or Salesforce ecosystem technologies (experience is a bonus, not a must). Final compensation is discussed individually and depends on experience, skills, and the local market.
