Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant to work part‑time at Bonney Lake Urgent Care in the Puget Sound Region of Washington State. Opportunity: Part‑time average of 32 patient‑contact hours per week, flexible scheduling with 5½ weeks total time off per year, protected time for charting and administrative work. Excellent work‑life balance. Compensation Annual: $134,534 – $172,286 Hourly: $58.19 – $84.80 Job Requirements Physician Assistant degree PA certification Active Washington State license in good standing with no restrictions DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association One year of urgent care experience Where You'll Work Virginia Mason Franciscan Health serves the Puget Sound area through a network of hospitals and care sites.
