· Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (DOT).
· Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks ? Facility Location
Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort.
