We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to supercharge CLEAR’s growth in critical technical areas. As a key partner to our tech leaders, you’ll blend creativity, precision, and data-driven strategy to deliver a seamless hiring experience that attracts top talent to scale our org.What you'll do:Collaborate with impact: Partner deeply with HRBPs and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align on how each hire will move the needle for our product and company goalsBe a talent market expert: Use AI, data, industry insights, and business acumen to guide hiring managers toward the best talent decisionsSource like a pro: Dive into niche markets to find and engage passive candidates for the toughest-to-fill rolesAdvocate effectively: Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomesRaise the bar: Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR’s talent brandHow success is measured:Quality of hire, sourcing, and candidate experience metricsTime to fill, offer acceptance rate, and number of hiresStrong partnerships across the businessWhat you're great at:6+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security rolesExperience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall/Crosschq, Gem, Metaview, Glean, Claude and other AI enabled toolsData-driven mindset: Metrics aren’t just numbers to you — they’re the roadmap to successRelationship building: You’re a pro at engaging thoughtfully with both hiring managers and candidatesAction-oriented: High sense of urgency and comfort navigating ambiguityCandidate-obsessed: You know the value of delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.How You'll be Rewarded:At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
