YOUR DAY:

As a Sales Specialist - Production Coordinator, you will help make sure our sales and production teams work well together. You will check and update schedules, keep records organized, and make sure information in our computer systems is correct. You will talk to customers and coworkers to keep everyone on the same page. You will also help with reports, attend meetings, and learn to use tools like ServiceTitan. As you learn and show what you can do, you'll get to take on more responsibility and help improve how we work as a company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of administrative, operations, scheduling, dispatching, project coordination, or office support experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
• Experience coordinating between multiple departments or teams
• Experience managing detailed records, documentation, and follow-up tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using CRM software and/or operational management systems
• Ability to learn and navigate ServiceTitan or similar field service software

Preferred:

• Ability to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and reports
• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Experience in home services, construction, trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or chimney industries
• Dispatching or scheduling experience
• CRM administration experience
• Reporting and KPI tracking experience
• Project coordination experience
• Experience supporting sales and/or production teams
• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation

SALES SPECIALIST - PRODUCTION COORDINATOR COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Pay: This job pays a salary of $42,000-$49,000/year, plus bonuses, and is based in our office.

Schedule: This job is full-time, Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 a.m. You will work in the office, and your evenings and weekends will be free.
