Your Role:

3. Maintain an organized pipeline to ensure no opportunity is missed.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and cooperating agents.
5. Adhere to a structured weekly schedule that supports achieving at least one closing per month.

Compensation:

1. Agents meeting the team standard of 1–2 closings per month typically earn between $70,000 and $150,000+ annually.
2. Top-performing agents who consistently maintain pace can earn up to ~$180,000+ annually, depending on price point and performance.
