Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on a range of issues including alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques and tools tailored to the needs of your clients, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Collaborate with other professionals on our clinical team to ensure comprehensive care is provided to all clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each family unit.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including training sessions and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
