We offer a collaborative environment with hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated *Associate Attorney* to join our practice. The ideal candidate will assist with and manage real estate transactions and estate planning matters. We are open to *newly licensed attorneys* as well as *experienced practitioners*. Responsibilities * Handle residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing * Draft, review, and analyze real estate documents (purchase agreements, deeds, closing documents, etc.) * Prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives * Meet with clients to gather information and provide legal guidance * Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines * Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, title companies, and other professionals * Manage matters independently or with supervision, depending on experience level Qualifications * Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school * Licensed and in good standing with the [State] Bar (or ability to become licensed promptly) * Interest in or experience with real estate law and/or estate planning * Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines * Professional, client-centered approach Experience * *Entry-level attorneys* are welcome; training and mentorship available * *Experienced attorneys* should demonstrate prior work in real estate transactions and/or estate planning What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Supportive, collegial work environment * Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility * Opportunity for long-term growth within the firm * Flexible work arrangements may be considered How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter through Indeed.
