Patient Care Coordinator

We are Forest Family Dentistry and our mission is to create an enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors, while delivering the highest level of care.
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team full-time. One or more years dental administrative experience is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do:
- Greet visitors and check in patients in a friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
- Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
- Understand and navigate dental insurance plans
- Collaborate with your team members
- Miscellaneous administrative duties (scanning files, updating patient information, etc.)
