Our team earns their business by asking smart diagnostic questions and recommending the exact right solution. Note: While you do not need prior knowledge of specialty batteries or device repair, you must possess a strong desire to learn technical products and a track record of reliability. What You'll Do (With a Path to Leadership)As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will learn the inner workings of our business with the goal of taking on operational leadership. You will:Engage consumers and commercial B2B customers to diagnose tech needs.Master specialized product knowledge involving automotive, smart-home, device repair, and key fob programming.Coordinate technical service workflows with our on-site Technician team.Take ownership of daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing keyholder responsibilities.Consistently meet individual sales goals while helping drive total store success.Pay & Earning PotentialTarget Earnings: $19.50–$23.50 per hour (Includes competitive base pay + weekend premium + performance incentives).Guaranteed Hours: Full-time, consistent 40-hour work weeks.Paid Training: Full compensation and certifications provided during your first 3 months.Top performers consistently exceed the listed range and are prioritized for promotion.Who This Role Is For:This position is a perfect fit for a Keyholder, Shift Lead, or Senior Associate currently working in big-box retail, hardware, automotive parts, or wireless sales who feels stuck and wants a clear, structured path into Store Management.Strict Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 1–2 years of dedicated retail sales or consultative customer service experience.Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's License required (for occasional commercial account interaction).Full-time availability, including a flexible mix of weekday and weekend shifts.Strong verbal communication and basic practical math skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly to handle commercial inventory.Benefits & GrowthPartial-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.The Growth Track: We own 6 retail locations across PA and MD.
