This role oversees medical oncology, radiation oncology, pharmacy, support services, physics, and quality, spanning more than 20 locations Louisiana and 1 in Mississippi. You will drive alignment across these disciplines and regions, harmonizing operations and patient care, while integrating financial stewardship into daily operations. Serves as the Chief Executive Officer’s strategic partner in leading enterprise operations, executing organizational strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional patient, physician, and team member experiences across the enterprise. Builds and sustains trusted partnerships with physicians, health system executives, community organizations, and strategic partners to support operational excellence, organizational growth, and exceptional patient care.FUNCTIONS:1. Leads patient care operations across the MBPCC enterprise2. Executes enterprise-wide operational strategy and organizational growth3. Drives organizational performance and financial stewardship4. Leads operational excellence through people, partnerships, and innovation5. Serves as a responsible member of the senior management teamQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree Required, Masters in Business Administration or Healthcare preferred15+ years of clinical and business management required.Experience in financial and administrative operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.Must also have proven experience in information technology planning, organization, and development.ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ABILITIES:Exceptional executive leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational influence.Strong financial, analytical, and operational decision-making skills.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with physicians, executive leaders, Board members, and external stakeholders.High degree of professionalism, integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
