Application Support Engineer
Integrity Consulting, NC
The Application Support Engineer provides production support for high-availability applications and transaction-processing systems. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, escalations, production changes/releases, and platform stability. This role participates in a 24x7x365 support model, including critical incidents and scheduled maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support business-critical applications and transaction-processing systems in production.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate escalations.
- Support production releases, changes, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery exercises.
- Partner with application, infrastructure, network, and other technical teams to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency. xhyhwjd
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and escalation support as needed.
