Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with customers via email, chat, social media, and video conferencing to build rapport and provide support. Respond to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their experience. Gather customer feedback and insights, documenting them for product and service improvement. Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for proactive intervention. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention. Assist in creating engaging content for customer communications and support resources. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure a cohesive customer journey. Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they are achieving their desired outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in remote customer engagement. Requirements Proven experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a remote setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. Strong technical aptitude and comfort with digital communication tools and platforms. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer engagement tools. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for customer advocacy. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving remote work environment. High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work. This is a fully remote position.
