Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume, member-focused environment. This on-site role oversees technicians, contractors, and daily work orders to keep equipment, racking, and facilities safe, reliable, and compliant. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, managing parts inventory, and maintaining accurate records. You will train and coach team members in safety and maintenance standards, partner closely with operations leaders, and support continuous improvement while upholding BJ’s culture of integrity, collaboration, and member service.
