Concierge

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, tenants, and employees. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a welcoming environment, and assist with a variety of administrative and hospitality-related tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly. Coordinate visitor check-ins, issue guest passes, and ensure security procedures are followed. Provide information regarding building amenities, local attractions, transportation, dining options, and services. Schedule reservations, meeting rooms, and special requests as needed. Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and correspondence. Assist with event coordination and tenant or guest service requests. Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports. Resolve guest concerns and escalated issues when appropriate. Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience in concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, reception, or administrative support roles preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Hospitality or luxury service experience. Experience with visitor management systems. Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
