About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial for its new MedTech initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a focus on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. The role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building from the ground up. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading and executing core 0-to-1 initiatives, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the rapid implementation of scalable solutions. The position is ideal for a professional with a high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and a drive for extreme end-to-end ownership. Applicants for the Head of Commercial role at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. The role requires an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, who can work directly with the department founder and collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The focus is on good ideas and fast execution, with no corporate red tape.
