Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1500 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North TX Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Orthopedic and/or trauma patient experience preferred.

Unit Details: Uses telemetry. Cares for polytrauma patients, non-surgical cervical fractures cleared by spine, orthopedic/trauma patients with downgraded TBI, patients with no more than 3 drains, and burn downgrades. Heparin and Protonix drips.

Shift & Scheduling: Four weekend commitment.

Floating Requirements: Float to all MS units.
