What you’ll do The Senior Manager, Digital Media & Ecommerce will be a key member of the Consumer Engagement team, responsible for translating consumer and shopper insights into actionable guidance, shaping full-funnel marketing tactics in partnership with stakeholders, and developing our ecommerce business. Media Activation Guide the Marketing Manager on strategy development for Retail and National Media Facilitate and advocate for evolution of media processes, tracking and tools Support the success of retail media activities by aligning with the customer account team and customers on media investment, challenging performance, and driving strategy optimization Ecommerce Management Collaborate with ecommerce Key Account managers to develop growth goals and consumer-centric ecommerce strategies, including collaboration on ecommerce product recommendations 1P/3P strategy development and seller enforcement strategies Stay current on industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities; pilot and implement new technologies for ecommerce Support account line reviews, QBRs, and Joint Business Planning sessions Consumer Insights Lead integration of consumer and shopper insights into marketing strategy across brand activation, channel marketing, and innovation Map the Consumer Journey annually with prioritized touchpoints to feed into brand activation planning Distill shopper insights into actionable guidance for marketing in collaboration with the category management team Lead incorporation of consumer insights to fuel the innovation pipeline, product development and evolution Technology and Tools Oversee the marketing tech stack, working with platform owners to recommend evolutions to our portfolio annually Lead investigations into AI opportunities across Marketing, creating recommendations for evaluation and integration Drive end-user understanding, touchpoint optimization, and digital innovation to improve organizational results What makes you a good fit Experience in ecommerce for multiple retailers (Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe’s) 8+ years in media, ecommerce, or related roles Bachelor’s degree in a related field Digital marketing Market analysis Creativity Brand activation Financial planning and budgeting Trends Potential benefits Health Insurance: medical, dental, vision and wellbeing from day 1 Work-Life Balance: PTO, holiday, sick leave, flexible/hybrid work policies and buy/sell program Financial: 401(k) matching, employee share plan, annual bonus, and related programs Family Support: parental leave, fertility support, adoption reimbursement, care support and scholarships Career Growth: skills development courses and tuition reimbursement Job identifiers and application details have been removed to focus on the role responsibilities and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Henkel Mexicana
