Cath Lab Technologist

Cardiac Invasive Technical Operations Manager (EP)
Oversee technical operations in high-acuity EP labs, managing complex schedules and supporting procedural workflows. Coach and mentor supervisors, assist with cases as needed, and handle recruiting, retention, education, vendor partnerships, and data reporting.
Shift: 8hr Day Shift
Hours: Mon - Fri On Call, Call Back Requirements Will occasionally round on the weekend staff Weekend Rotation Will occasionally round on the weekend staff
Holiday Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: None
The role requires at least 2 years of high-acuity EP lab experience plus 1 year of assistant manager, manager, or director experience, preferably in EP but management in other departments is accepted. Required credentials include BLS, ACLS, and either ARRT-R or RCIS; RCES is preferred.
