Position/Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, your day to day role encompasses thoughtful and sincere customer engagement, maintaining the visual standards outlined by leadership and partners and timely and effective communication of all and any outstanding customer concerns.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

• 
  Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entering the store & providing outstanding service by actively engaging with guests and understanding their needs.


• 
  Share technical product knowledge, highlighting the value and benefits of products.


• 
  Support a seamless shopping experience through accurate and timely transactions.


• 
  Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy and ensure satisfaction.


• 
  Actively recommend and upsell products to achieve individual and team sales goals.


• 
  Stay current on product features, inventory, promotions, and store policies.


• 
  Communicate directly with Supervisors (Store Manager and Shift Leaders) of outstanding customer transactions and needs at the end of a shift or before a break.

OPERATION/VISUAL

• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.


• 
  Restock and relocate items according to merchandising standards.


• 
  Use in-store technology effectively to enhance the customer experience.


• 
  Follow safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a secure environment.


• 
  Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal

TEAM COLLABORATION

• 
  Foster an inclusive and respectful workplace, celebrating diversity among team members and guests.


• 
  Work collaboratively to support daily store sales/visual operations and meet collective goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 
  A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences.


• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• 
  Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs and stand for extended periods.


• 
  Open Availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
