About the Role:
$22.00–$27.00/hour + Signing Bonus
We're an ABA therapy practice in Pierce County looking for a certified RBT to join our team. As a pillar of our growing practice, you'll work closely with our BCBA, get direct mentorship, and have real input as we build out our approach — not just be a number in a large caseload rotation.
What you'll do:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in home and community settings
- Track and record client progress and behaviors accurately
- Help shape and adjust behavior intervention strategies
- Communicate with families and the team about client progress
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What we're looking for:
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable with a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings/weekends
- Compassionate, patient, and a strong communicator
(Willing to undergo background check as required for working with this client population.)
