Required Skills / Certs / Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience on the cardiac floor - Cardiac Telemetry - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Sheath Removal - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias - Post MI - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath - Manage and Titrate Cardiac drips - Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleuravac - External CPAP/BIPAP - Nasal Cannula - Non-invasive airway management - Certifications: BLS & ACLS, NIHSS Preferred Skills / Certs / Experience: - Arterial line management - Wound Care/Wound Vac - Charge Experience Additional Requirements: - Must Pass EKG Testing prior to start - Charting System Experience Preferred: Epic - NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal - Required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty or disaster - Must be open to floating within/near facility per job description Interview Process: - Candidate must provide interview availability for the next 72 hours. - Candidate will not be offered without being interviewed. Note: - Local candidates (within 50 miles) receive different rate - Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before reapplying - RTO: Up to 7 days automatically approved (no holidays), must work 2 of 3 major holidays, no additional RTO after signing - Pre-start modules (Acute Care: ~8-10 hours, Non-Acute: ~4-5 hours) must be completed pre-start and annually, conducted online using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
