Compensation:

$115,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
• Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients within the local community.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
