Clinical Administrator

INTERIM HOME HEALTH

What you'll do:

Mentor and guide the nursing team, holding a high standard for accountability and quality of care
Work alongside leadership to drive clinical and operational success
Step into the field when needed to support staff and ensure patients are getting the care they deserve
Handle staffing challenges directly, including tough personnel decisions when they come up
Champion customer service and patient satisfaction across every level of care

What we're looking for:

Active RN license and home health experience, both required
A confident decision-maker with strong initiative and work ethic
Someone who wants more than a typical 8-5 and is ready to invest in building something
Goal-driven and genuinely committed to patients and team success
