An established law firm is seeking an experienced Matrimonial & Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of New York matrimonial and family law experience and be capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, spousal support, and post-judgment matters.

• Draft motions, pleadings, agreements, and related legal documents.

• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, conferences, and litigation proceedings.

• Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain direct client communication.

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of New York matrimonial and family law experience.

• Admission to the New York Bar required.

• Strong litigation, advocacy, negotiation, writing, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage cases independently while working in a team environment.

• Client-focused, professional, and detail-oriented.

• New Jersey Bar admission and family law experience are a plus.

• Second-language fluency is a plus.
