Role Summary Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a Café & Guest Experience Associate will be responsible for providing complimentary beverages and snacks to guests, maintaining the café area, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role may also include rotating responsibilities with the front desk reception team, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.More about the roleGreet and serve guests in the café area with coffee, beverages, and snacks.Monitor and maintain inventory of café items (coffee, snacks, beverages).Clean and maintain coffee machines and café area throughout the day.Ensure the guest experience aligns with Ourisman Lexus's luxury brand standards.Potentially rotate with front desk reception to provide coverage and gain cross-functional experience.Assist with additional guest services tasks as needed.What we look forPrevious experience in luxury hospitality or customer service is preferred (minimum 1 year ideal but not required).Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, welcoming space.Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.Flexibility to work some evening shifts and every other weekend, depending on team coverage.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance optionsShort-term and Long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday leaveOpportunities for professional development and growthOurisman Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
