Duration: December/ January - 3 + Months. Ongoing need
Reason for coverage: Group expanding across multiple locations in Californian.

Locations in Santa Cruz, Merced, Redding, and Inland Empire. Please let us know which of these locations are of interest.

Immediate Need Sant Cruz- High Priority (They can grant emergency privileges, so December is feasible start date)

• 12/30-12/31 8a-6p
• 1/8 8a-4p
• 1/11-1/12 8a-4p
• 1/13-1/14 8a-6p
• 1/22-1/26 8a-4p

Next locations they are focusing on is Merced and Inland Empire.
Schedule: Combination of telehealth and onsite coverage.
Shift: M-F - 1 provider for 10a-6p and 1 provider for 8a-4p, Sat-Sun - 1 provider for 8a-6p
Call: n/a
Scope: Diagnostic Radiology, CT, Ultrasounds, Plain Film Xray, and IR cases (preferred not required IR)

Telehealth/Inpatient
EMR: Cerner
Hospital: 222 beds
Group/support: Full subspecialty support w.in the radiology group and health system as a whole (hospital itself if smaller)

• In IR we have 5 trained staff members whose hours are from call starts at 1530 until 2300.
• We have 3 Ct units that are staffed 24 hours a day.
• We have 1 fluoro room for Lumbar punctures, barium swallows and various fluoro studies.
• 3 portable x-ray units. And one trauma unit in the ED.
• We have 4 Carms to cover surgeries and one Oarm to cover neuro surgeries.
• We have 64 total techs that include per diems that cover the hospital 24/7.

Requirements (boards, license): Board certified with active CA license, Board certified preferred but open Board Eligible,ACLS, and clean background to issue temporary privileges ASAP.
