Bookkeeper

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all accounts receivable and payable. Preparation of bi-weekly payroll. Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards and petty cash. Preparation of various monthly reconciliations and journal entries as assigned. Preparation of monthly invoices. Preparation, filing & payment of the monthly meals tax return. Maintenance of payroll and HR files. Assist in yearly operating budget preparation. System maintenance and troubleshooting of Dining Services POS system. Assist in management reporting as deemed necessary by the Controller. Monitor and resolve resident finance questions and concerns in a timely manner. Maintain a good rapport with employees, vendors, residents and their families. Perform finance office tasks related to resident move-ins and move-outs. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com Proficient in MS Word & Excel Highly organized, strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and as a member of team Pay is $30+/hr DOE Schedule is Monday-Friday 5-6 hours per day, 25-30 hours/week.
