Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead core finance activities and provide clear insight into business performance in Miami, Florida. This role will oversee planning, reporting, compliance, and cash management while partnering closely with leadership to guide informed financial decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to improving controls, processes, and overall financial effectiveness.Responsibilities:• Direct monthly financial close reporting, statutory reporting, and audit coordination to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting requirements.• Lead the annual budget cycle, ongoing forecasting activities, and variance reviews to highlight performance trends and business risks.• Prepare and maintain short-term cash flow projections, monitor liquidity, and support effective treasury and working capital management.• Oversee tax-related reviews and filing coordination to support compliance with applicable corporate tax regulations.• Evaluate and strengthen internal financial controls while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce operating costs.• Analyze revenue, margins, pricing, and overall operating results to provide actionable insight for business planning and decision-making.• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities and business strategy.• Coach and develop finance team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high-quality output.• Contribute to supplier-related financial analysis and support commercial discussions aimed at improving cost efficiency.Must be able to manage virtually.
