Opportunity Advanced Practitioners - Other Specialties Job Details Partner with Cardiologists to provide full scope advanced practice care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Provide scheduled inpatient rounding at a major regional hospital Deliver outpatient care including stress testing, remote device monitoring, and General Cardiology office visits Practice with autonomy while benefiting from close mentorship and collegiality within a leading regional cardiology group Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's program preferred Must be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Connecticut Certification or eligibility for certification as a Physician Assistant or National Board Certification as an APRN required Cardiology experience preferred; APRN/PA experience required On-the-job, classroom, and procedural training provided for newly graduated and experienced providers Access to an internal organization dedicated to the growth and development of Advanced Practitioners Leadership development opportunities available through a Professional Leadership Development Institute CME, professional society membership, licensure, and malpractice reimbursement provided Tuition reimbursement program available Compensation Employed salary with benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr BAS HealthCare
