Customer Service Representative
Insight Global is looking for a customer service representative to join the call center team at one of the largest utility providers in the Upstate.
Day-to-Day:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling approximately 30-40 calls per day. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with setting up new accounts, resolving issues, scheduling service dates, and providing general support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
