Horticulture Project Specialist

Job Purpose Our Horticulture Project Specialist will work as a team with Sales, Account Specialist, and Production to meet and exceed the expectations of the customer. Required to build strong relationships with sales/customers and production teams, to ensure accurate and on‑time completion of all projects. Job Responsibilities Write up and process job tickets based on estimates, quotes, PO, art and special instructions provided by Accounts Specialist and/or Sales Executive. Maintains an updated ERP document to match. Maintain up‑to‑date status of all current jobs, regularly communicate with Account Specialist to field customer inquiries on demand and without delay. Monitor scheduling, problem solve, and communicate any delays or problems to production personnel. Escalate any job problems and changes to Sales Executive, Account Specialist and/or customer, including specifications, art, schedules and applications when appropriate. Facilitate communications between departments to meet customer deadlines. Build and support reporting tools used by finance and business leaders to drive action and support initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, science or related discipline, or related experience. 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, sales, or project coordination in a client‑facing role. Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (design, estimating, scheduling, production/manufacturing). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with standard business software (MicrosoftOffice). Experience in manufacturing, horticultural print, visual communications, retail displays, or related production environment. Travel up to 25%. Work Experience 1‑3 years of related job experience. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. Proficient with MicrosoftOffice Suite. Education HighSchoolDiploma/GED. Physical Requirements Continuous use of fingers, hands and wrists while working at a computer and sitting for long periods of time. Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
