Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Assist in patient assessments, care planning, and coordinate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and reassess their condition regularly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
• Float between facilities as required to support staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Show flexibility and willingness to float between hospital locations.
• Meet all healthcare facility background and credentialing requirements.
• Be available to work 7AM-7:30PM shifts, including every other weekend, holiday, and on-call.
