Sub-Acute RN/Rehab RNFull Time | Evenings or Nights | $33 - 45.75/hr (Pay based on experience)PLUS Shift Premiums including $2.50 for Night Shifts & additional $1 Shift Differential for Weekends!Join our nursing team on a 23-bed unit with 23 private rooms, designed to enhance patient comfort and support exceptional nursing care.Are you looking for a rewarding nursing role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Located within a long-term care setting, our rehab unit is focused on helping residents recover and return to their original placement - whether that's home or a community-based setting. We pride ourselves on being a crucial step in their journey to independence and wellness.As part of our commitment to high-quality care, we utilize PointClickCare (PCC) for seamless clinical documentation and communication.Our Sub-Acute RN/Rehab RN is responsible for the following: Monitors nursing care by visiting residents routinely to insure continuity and continual evaluation of care as related to I.D.C.P. and physician's orders. Assesses transitional care patient's condition and nursing care needs. Assures that medications, treatments and care are being provided as ordered or specified on I.D.C.P. Maintains appropriate documentation of nursing observations, including follow-up documentation in medical record in accordance with acceptable medical standards of practice.Prepares equipment and assists physician during rounds or special treatments and examinations of residents. Provides direct resident care and transports residents to activities and appointments as time permits. Answers call light promptly.
